Tour a Record
The layout of most major records is similar, but the data in each record is unique.
Generally, CSM records are made up of four main areas:
- Default Form: Displays important at-a-glance information, such as ID, status bar (current and next status), record ownership, and common operations.
- Form Arrangement: Displays related information organized by tabs. Tabs display content from relationships and additional forms.
- Form Area: Displays the main form fields.
- Actions list: Dynamically displays a list of actions that are available for the current record.
