Business Object Design Elements

  • 1103040: Fixed an issue where the background color of controls changed to gray when the “Expression to disable controls" option was enabled.

  • 98176/DR 51474 Blueprints: Fixed an issue where grids in a Blueprint didn't display all columns.
  • 98184/DR 51483 Blueprints: The Blueprint folder is now available within the Reports Manager.

Miscellaneous

  • 98193 Accessibility: Fixed inconsistent screen reader behavior in the Browser Client.
  • 98091/DR 51379 Portal: Fixed an issue where selecting a link in a knowledge article triggered an error.

  • 98162/DR 51459: Fixed an issue where auditing did not disable for deleted child records.

  • 98271/DR 51584 CMDB: Fixed an issue that occurred when a new lifecycle was added to the CMDB Group Member, and selecting the "Open Config - Server Only" check box showed all records instead of open and active records.
  • 98281/DR 51594 Scheduling: Fixed an issue where timezone issues caused the test button for scheduled jobs to time out.

  • 98141/DR 51436 One-Step Actions: Fixed an issue where field formatting was lost when using templates in Business Object rich text fields.
  • 98177/DR 51475 One-Step Actions: Fixed an issue where using a stored value or system function within the file path of an Excel Merge Action caused an error.

  • 98212/DR 51517 One-Step Actions: Fixed an issue where a One-Step Action that executes a search involving a prompt does not return correct results when running the action multiple times.

  • 98214/DR 51519 One-Step Actions: Fixed a display issue when using the Track Time One-Step Action in the Desktop Client.

  • 98890 One-Step Actions: Fixed an issue where 'Save Business Object after action" could be enabled unintentionally.

  • DR 51633 One-Step Actions: Fixed an issue where running a One-Step Action containing an attachment caused web applications to freeze.

  • 99501 Server Farm: Fixed an issue that caused Redis cluster cryptography/decryption errors.

  • 98180/DR 51479 Business Object Properties: Fixed an issue where attempting to use the "Edit" option in the rich text zoom window menu bar caused an error.

  • 1128801 Automation Processes: Fixed delays in Automation Processes.

Email

  • 98914 Email: Fixed an issue that caused links in emails sent through the Email and Event Monitor Service to break.

  • 98900/DR 51631 Email: Fixed an issue where the Email and Event Monitor Service failed to process emails generated with the Microsoft Outlook Phishing plug-in.

Web Applications

  • 98274 Browser Client: Fixed role selection misalignment issue.
  • 98272 Portal: Fixed an issue where the Cancel button was disabled when attempting to abandon a Service Request.
  • 1147640 Accessibility: A new display setting allows you to enable or disable highlighting selected fields when tabbing through a form in web applications.
  • 98296 Portal: Fixed alignment on the Sites menu on the Portal.
  • 99056 Browser Client: Fixed an issue with the Contact Manager in the Browser Client where drill-down selections did not display correctly.
  • 99620 Browser Client: Fixed an issue with the Activity tab.
  • 98031/DR 51317 Browser Client: Fixed an issue where dashboard filters did not persist.
  • 98058/DR 51345 Portal: Fixed an issue where the Portal login command triggered an "Invalid Request" error when used in the site menu.
  • 98167/DR 51464 Browser Client: Fixed an issue where changing from grid view to form view in the Browser Client caused an error.
