Enable Authentication for Customers
Regardless of the type of directory service being used, the selections for this setting all refer to LDAP in CSM. Before a directory service can work with CSM, the CSM Security Settings must be configured.
To enable authentication:
- In the CSM Administrator main window, select the Security category, and then select the Edit security settings task.
- Select the Browser Portal page.
- Verify the Use Same Settings as Desktop Client check box is selected.
- Under Supported login modes, select Internal and LDAP.
