Business Hours Security Rights

Business Hours rights are selected from the Category drop-down on the Rights tab in CSM Administrator (Security > Security Groups).

Right Description (when checked Check Box) Grant To:

Business Hours?

Rights are organized by scope: Blueprint, Business Intelligence, global, role, team, and user.

The Business Intelligence scope is available only for Automation Processes.

Allows people working with the Business Hours Manager to:

  • View: Access Business Hours.
  • Add: Create Business Hours.
  • Edit: Edit Business Hours.
  • Delete: Delete Business Hours.
  • System administrators
  • Managers
