Environment Command-Line Options

Use the Command-Line Configuration (CLC) /environment commands to get or set the installation environment partition key or type.

In the following examples, square brackets (example: [Common]) denote placeholder variables for customer data. Replace these variables, including the brackets, with your own values.

/environment

Example:

/environment /envvalue="Test" /connection="[Common]Cherwell Browser" /connectionuserid=CSDAdmin /connectionpassword=CSDAdmin

These commands only work on 2-tier connections.

Sub-command Description

/connection

Name of the CSM connection.

Accepted values: string

Required: Yes

/connectionuserid

The CSM user ID for the requested server.

Accepted values: string

/connectionpassword

The CSM password for the requested server.

Accepted values: string

/envvalue

The CSM installation environment.

Accepted values: {Development | Test | Production}

/envpartitionkey

The CSM installation partition key.
