CSM 2025.2 Fixes List

CSM 2025.2 Release Notes: this list describes fixed issues that were reported in previous releases.

•1355448 - A looping "Go To" step in a One-Step did not increment the counter correctly.

•1378167 - Downloading record attachments as a Zip file results in modified file names.

•1379592 - ID column is now used in Foreign key fields for validation queries.

•1383127 - The client activity pane displays multiple records in the browser.

•1428821 - Service host using a 3 tier connection processes pending jobs despite connectivity loss.

•1455448 - Introduced the properties page to the token, when enabled. Select one of the following options individually for every counter token in the one-step:

•View only - the counter value is not incremented when the counter token is used.

•For each record - the counter token is incremented once per record.

•Every time the token is called - the counter increments every time the counter token is used.

•1500185 - The Service-Host cancels one-step execution if a pop-up action is used.

•1513238 - Calendar dragging is allowed in the Rich Client even when it is disabled.

•15393302 - Only the previous search displays when choosing a specific group for a one-step.

•1383782 - You cannot select RecID fields when setting constraints for a validated field.

•1395982 - The system shows error in form arrangements when users don't have the security rights to add a business object.

•1420444 - Browser Client displays start and current date for items in the calendar.

•1471881 - Issues with custom attachment file names in one-steps when using certain email account configurations.

•1490278 - Adding a new member to a group object with archive storage is enabled.

•1501253 - Dashboard filter widgets prompt users multiple times when selecting the value for a query type filter.

•1510859 - The Browser Client pauses for a long time when you use the Abandon command in a One-Step.

•1517674 - Users with underscores in their email addresses cannot use the Service Catalog in the Portal.

•1538550 - In the Browser Client, users can add group member fields to a grid for a group leader even if those fields don’t exist on the group leader.

•1566815 - Browser client dashboard deep link displays no error.

•1539302 - When you choose a specific search group for a One-Step, the Search Manager window now automatically selects the previously chosen search group.

•1541930 - Added a timeout setting for the Health Check command in the Admin Blueprint Options dialog to prevent SQL timeout errors during GUI checks.

•1375672 - Disabled toolbar menu items in the portal now have improved contrast to meet accessibility guidelines.

•104130 - Service Host now resumes processing records in TrebuchetEvents table after SQL reconnect, without requiring a manual restart to trigger automation.
