The following are the Ivanti Neurons default policy groups which devices are automatically registered in, depending on which option you select when installing the Ivanti Neurons Agent.

Default Agents with RC Group

You cannot edit this policy group.

Select to install the Ivanti Neurons default agent with Remote Control (RC) has the following capabilities:

• Automation
• Edge Intelligence
• Inventory
• Remote Control
• Passive Discovery
• CSEP (Client self-electing platform)

Default Agents without RC Group

You cannot edit this policy group.

Select to install the Ivanti Neurons default agent without Remote Control (RC) has the following capabilities:

• Edge Intelligence
• Inventory
• Passive Discovery
• CSEP (Client self-electing platform)

Deployment Representatives Group

You can customize the default settings in this policy group.

The Ivanti default agent has the following capabilities:

• Automation
• Edge Intelligence
• Inventory
• Remote Control
• Passive Discovery
• CSEP (Client self-electing platform)
• Agentless Discovery (Remote Inventory, SNMP, Active Discovery)
