Migrating to Neurons Bots
If you have previously used Ivanti Neurons (feature) you may well have some Neurons that you want to continue using.
Ivanti Neurons will still work but new workflows should be created in Neurons Bots. Any existing Neurons should be migrated over to Neurons Bots.
Any existing Ivanti Neurons for Healing and Ivanti Neurons Workspace licensing entitlements apply to Neurons Bots.

Ivanti Neurons Bots is a next generation low code/no code automation experience and is a direct replacement for Neurons (feature) automation.
Neurons Bots provides a robust, scalable platform to support new and future use cases.
Additional benefits:
- Modern user interface
- Supports user interaction at scale
- Variable support between stages
- For-each result loops
- Advanced logic such as 'Join' simplifies bots
- Bot inputs allow parameters to be set at runtime
- New Results view aggregates results
- User Stages convert scripts into re-usable stages
- Expansive growing out-of-the-box templates and stages
- All bot types are in one view

You can migrate as soon as you like. The customer preview is moving towards a phased rollout.
Some features are not supported yet in Neurons Bots, but will be coming soon. These include Neurons for ITSM integration (both creating tickets from Neurons, and triggering Neurons from ITSM), webhook, and Bash query. If you use those capabilities in your existing Neurons workflows, we recommend you keep them there for the time being. Other Neurons can be migrated.

Yes, both features can operate at the same time. We recommend that you select a Neuron to import, test and adjust as required. When the new bot is working, disable the Neuron workflow in Neurons (feature) and enable the bot in Neurons Bots to avoid duplication.

No you can migrate one Neuron at a time, to allow testing, refining and taking advantage of new functionality. Neurons must be imported one at a time anyway. This is because each stage is verified and some settings may need editing to work in Neurons Bots. Any stages that require attention are highlighted during import, in the Import Summary. These stages also have a red border when the workflow is displayed.

Once we have achieved feature parity, Neurons (feature) will be deprecated. Ivanti will communicate a full switchover date.

Existing Neurons are migrated by importing one workflow at a time.
Navigate to Neurons Bots from the Ivanti Neurons platform menu to display the Neurons Bots homepage. Follow the instructions in the Import from Neurons (Feature) section of the Help to convert your existing Neurons to Bots.
