Access Requirements
Customers choosing to privately host the Virima core software must provide Virima consultants and support technicians with adequate remote access and administrator-level privileges so third-party software and Virima software can be installed, supported, and maintained.

Proper port access and name resolution must be configured between all participating servers before installation begins.

For ongoing technical support via the UI, URL port forwarding must be enabled and it must be visible over the Internet.
