Customer Responsibilities

  • Provision and maintain the required servers, storage, networking, certificates, and connectivity.

  • Perform regular server maintenance including disk cleanup, backup of data and logs, and OS patching.

  • Maintain third-party software in coordination with Ivanti after handoff, where applicable.

  • Manage and secure the network environment and any HA infrastructure.

  • Provide Ivanti access to the servers as needed for troubleshooting, updates, and other support obligations under the maintenance agreement.
