On-prem Prerequisites

• Remote access to the servers for Ivanti to perform all installation activities.

  • Time-bound or role-limited access is acceptable if it is sufficient to complete installation and support work.

  • Network-restricted VPN access or managed access platforms such as SecureLink may be used.

• Stable internet connectivity on all Linux servers with permission to execute package-management and download commands such as yum and wget.

• SMTP details for outbound email notifications from the application.

• Validated port permissions between servers according to the approved network architecture.
