Responsibilities

• Install the Ivanti core components and the required third-party software listed in this document, unless otherwise agreed.

• Perform the necessary product configuration and work with customer resources to test and confirm readiness for use.

• During the active implementation SOW period, support and maintain the Ivanti core components and any third-party software installed by Ivanti.

• After completion of the implementation SOW, provide support, maintenance, and software updates according to the applicable maintenance agreement.
