Troubleshooting G Suite Calendar Sync

The following scenarios explain why some invitees may not be listed, or some events may not be linked in GoldMine.

From GoldMine

G Suite Calendar events require invitees to have an email address, so an invitee with no email address will not show as an attendee in the Calendar. If you later add an email in for this contact, you must Edit the Activity from the GoldMine Calendar before G Suite will sync the information and display the person as an EventClosedStep-by-step instructions contained in an Automated Process, or track, that GoldMine must evaluate to perform a specified series of activities. An event consists of a trigger and an action. An Automated Process consists of a sequence of one or more events. participant within the G Suite Calendar.

From G Suite Calendar

If an email entered for a Guest (Event participant) does not exist in the GoldMine database, the activity appears on your GoldMine Calendar, but may appear as an [unlinked activity] since a corresponding email cannot be found.

Inviting someone in your domain (i.e. someone who works for the same company) who is not a GoldMine user or does not have a G Suite email configured within GoldMine, does not appear as a participant in the GoldMine activity.

Once an Event is synched it will not re-sync unless a change is made to the invite on either platform.
