Clone User Settings
After creating an ideal user with settings applying to many users, clone the user's Properties. All security settings in the apply to the new user except the , Full Name, and Password on the Profile tab.
Use the following procedure to clone a user setting.

Open the Tools menu and select Users' Settings. |

2.

Right-click the user whose settings you want to clone and select Clone from the menu. |
|
3.
|
At the New User Properties dialog box, enter the Username, Full Name, and Password; select the other Profile settings. |
The Membership, Access, and Menu settings apply to the new user.

4.
|
Change the individual user properties as needed. |
