Knowledge Base Topic Text Local Menu
To open the Knowledge Base topic local menu, right-click in the right pane of the Knowledge Base window.
The menu options are:
■ Save. Saves the page you have created.
■ Cut. Cuts the highlighted text.
■ Copy. Copies the highlighted text.
■ Paste. Pastes copied text to the location of the blinking cursor.
■ Delete. Deletes highlighted text.
■ Select All. Selects all the text on the page.
■ Font. Sets the font style, type, and size.
■ Paragraph. Sets text alignment on the page.
■ Style. Sets the text style, including format, heading, definitions.
■ Insert. Select the following.
■ Insert Picture. Select this option and the Picture dialog box opens. Browse to a saved file or type the hyperlink to a web-based picture.
■ Insert Link. Select this option and the Hyperlink
