Set the Calendar Display Options

The Outlook Calendar’s GoldMine Panel can display information related to the selected Item, as well as Pending Sales, Literature Requests, Contact Data, GoldMine Users and Resources Commonly requested items such as: conference rooms, projectors, demonstration products, company vehicles., and GoldMine Preview for details for the appointment. You can determine which of these item is displayed in GoldMine panel by modifying the display options.

To Modify the Display Options

1.

In Outlook, open the GoldMine menu and select Setup GoldMine Plus.

Click the Options tab.

In the Calendar Pane section, make selections from the following options to determine which items display in the GoldMine panel on the Calendar pane:

○ Show Forecasted Sales

○ Show Scheduled Literature Requests

○ Hyperlink A n element in an electronic document that links to another place in the same document or to an entirely different document. Click on the hyperlink to follow the link. to GoldMine Calendar

○ Hyperlink to GoldMine Activity List A list of task or event information displayed in a set of tabs.

Click Close to apply the changes.
