Set Outlook as Default E-mail Application for GoldMine
To fully integrate Outlook with GoldMine, you can set Outlook as the default e-mail application. After you make this change, any e-mail address link that you click will open Outlook to compose a new e-mail message.
To Open Outlook when Clicking E-mail Address Links in GoldMine

In GoldMine, open the Tools menu and select Options. |

On the <User’s> Options dialog box, click the E-mail tab. |

3.

Under the Getting Mail area, check the Use Outlook for linked E-Mail Addresses option. |

4.

Click OK to save the settings and close the dialog box. |

5.
|
Click any e-mail address link to ensure that the link now opens using Outlook. |
NOTE: If your e-mail account has an Signature file, it will not display properly when sending e-mail from a GoldMine through Outlook to send linked emails from GoldMine.
