The Synchronization
A proprietary remote synchronization process that can update one GoldMine system with new or changed information that has been entered in another GoldMine system. ability in Outlook updates your Outlook Contacts, Calendar, and Tasks with information from GoldMine. You can set when the data from GoldMine is synchronized with Outlook or perform the synchronization manually (data synchronization from Outlook to GoldMine occurs immediately).
NOTE: Outlook Integration does not support recurring or multiple-attendee Tasks created in Outlook when synchronizing with GoldMine. Only one instance of the task is created and linked to the Contact, but only if the Contact was selected in the Outlook Contacts field.
IMPORTANT: Outlook synchronization works only with local folders.
