Troubleshooting GoldMine Plus! Outlook Integration
If necessary, Administrators can create log files that can help diagnose issues with application functionality or performance of GoldMine’s integration with Outlook. Ivanti Support Services might request that these files be created for troubleshooting purposes.
■ GMOutlookLog.txt
is a trace of the interactions between Outlook and GoldMine
■ GMOutlookSpeed.txt
shows the computing time of individual operations within the Outlook integration.
These files are not created by default. You must create each of these file manually in the C:\ProgramData\GoldMine directory. After creating these files, GoldMine will automatically populated the files; no user action is required.
NOTE: If you have installed GoldMine to a different directory that the default C:\
, you will need to create the C:\ProgramData\GoldMine
and then create the GMOutlookLog.txt
and GMOutlookSpeed.txt
files within that directory.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that these files be deleted after the information for troubleshooting has been collected. Otherwise, Outlook integration performance could be negatively affected.
