Synchronizing Using One-Button Synchronization

The GoldSync administrator configures one-button synchronization profiles and sends them to remote users. Once installed, the profile streamlines the remote, undocked user synchronization process.

Select Tools > Synchronize > One-button sync with GoldSync Server A computer that handles the synchronization processes.. The One-button Synchronization A proprietary remote synchronization process that can update one GoldMine system with new or changed information that has been entered in another GoldMine system. dialog box opens, indicating the GoldSync administrator has configured your system for One-button Synchronization.

Click Sync. The Process A sequence of two or more events, which are the step-by-step instructions that GoldMine evaluates to perform a defined series of activities. Also known as an Automated Process. Monitor opens, indicating synchronization status.
