Setting Security Access on Knowledge Base Topics
Set reading and updating security access on books, folders, and topics.

Select a book, folder, or topic and right-click and select Edit. The Book, Section, or Topic Properties dialog box opens. |

Select the Access tab. |

At the Read Access drop-down list, select the user or user group to grant Read permission. |
If you want everyone to have access, leave as (public).

In the Update Access drop-down list, select the user or user group to grant Update permission. |
If you want everyone to have access, leave as (public).
