Working with Splitters
A splitter is a horizontal or vertical line used to visually divide the canvas into separate areas. Unlike parts, splitters are added from the context menu. A splitter can be moved and deleted after it has been added. After an area has been defined by splitters, you can then add Dashboard Parts and Tabs (see Working with Tabs).
