Calendars Overview

The Calendar displays scheduled activities for the selected user or user group. Use the following procedure to open your calendar or a calendar of another user.

TIP: If you want to see calendars of other users, select the user or user group in the User drop-down list.

To Open the Calendar

Select one of the following methods to open the Calendar:

■ Open the Go To menu and select Calendar.

■ Press F7 on the keyboard

■ Click Calendar on the Navigation Panel.
