Files which are Not Cleaned are still active on the endpoints and additional remediation is required to remove this malware and stop it from being spread throughout your environment.

Files which are quarantined may also require additional attention. Once a file has been quarantined it will no longer be allowed to execute or, if this file is part of an application, that application may be blocked from executing or may execute with errors. The file has been quarantined because the engine was unable to clean it directly so additional steps may be required to clean the file so that it can be restored. The file can be submitted to Ivanti Support for further analysis.
