Sharing a Business Object Record

Share an incident, knowledge article, or change link from the business object record to the Social Board and add your comments. The Post Social Message Associated with Incident quick action in the Incident workspace is configured to share the incident on the Social Board.

To share the record ID along with the record summary or title on the Social Board, do the following:

1.Log into the Service Desk Console.

2.Open the Social Board workspace.

3.Click Share from the toolbar within an incident, knowledge, or change .

4.(Optional) Add a comment before saving the shared post.

In the following example, when you click Share, the comment, the associated incident ID, and the summary are posted.

Sharing a Business Object Record

If you click the link for the business object, the system launches the business object record in a separate workspace.
