Finding Solutions in Announcements

Highest priority announcements (as determined by the administrator) appear in the Announcement workspace. You can search within the announcements for solutions to your issues.  Do the following:

1.Log into the Self-Service Portal.

2.Open the Announcement workspace. The system displays a list of announcements.

3.Enter keywords into the Search for Announcements box. The system displays a list of announcements that contain the keywords that you entered.

4.Double-click an announcement from the list to view details.
