System Exception: Object Delete
This message occurs when a user in the Self-Service Portal has the ServiceReqParam and ServiceReqParamLink business object permissions not set to delete and attempts to delete a saved service request.
Self Service Permissions
To fix this, do the following:
1.From the Configuration Console, click Configure > Users and Permissions > Roles and Permissions to open the Roles and Permissions workspace.
3.Click the Object Permissions tab.
4.For the ServiceReqParam and ServiceReqParamLink business objects, check Delete (the last checkbox).
