You can close any incident that you created, regardless of its current status. Typical reasons for closing your own incident include:
•Finding and implementing a solution.
•Determining that the incident does not require further investigation or resolution.
•Determining that the incident is closed after a Service Desk Analyst updates the incident status to resolved.
To close an incident, do the following:
2.Click Close Incident.
The incident status changes to closed and the application sends you a survey.
