Exporting a Request Offering

You can export a request, form, or external offering template to your local drive.

1.Log in to the Service Desk console and open the Request Offering workspace.

2.Click the Save template on a disk icon next to the request, form, or external offering to save the file as .rox on your local drive, to your "Downloads" folder.

Importing a Request Offering

1.Log in to Service Manager as a Service Owner, and open the Request Offerings workspace.

2.Click Import Offering from the toolbar. The file page opens.

3.Navigate to the .rox file, then click Open.

4.After the request, form, or external offering is imported, click Save.
