About Distribution

Distribution shows areas where services are received from the receiving organization point-of-view, and are automatically calculated based on the service allocated.

For example, data service might allocate 25% of its total services to the CRM service. The allocation appears in the data service record under the Allocation tab, and the distribution appears in the CRM service record under the Distribution tab. See Service Allocation.

You cannot create a distribution directly; a distribution is something that is received. Create an allocation and the distribution appears according to the service allocation calculation daily schedule.
