Using Service Manager on Mobile Devices

Service Manager is available to use on mobile devices in a web-based responsive user interface for the Self Service and Service Desk Analyst roles. The web-based user interface is similar to the classic application except the pages have an adaptive interface and are fit to appropriately display in mobile devices. It allows you to tap and swipe on the screen to view and perform actions your choice. The user interface is responsive, simplified, and intuitive. You can view the interface on a variety of iOS and Android devices.
