Enterprise Self Service Welcome Page

The Enterprise Self Service Welcome page is a hub that has all your Self Service content organized based on department. From here, you can navigate to the Self Service Mobile portal by selecting the department such as IT Services, Human Resources, Facilities Services, or Security Operations that you wish to access.

For example, if you select Human Resources on the Enterprise Welcome page, you are redirected to the Self Service Mobile portal, but the content (Service Catalogs, Announcements, FAQs, My Items, and Knowledge Articles) displayed in it will be specific to Human Resources. Similarly, if you select Security Operations, content for Security Operations is displayed.

This feature is available only if your organization's administrator has enabled it for you. Reach out to your organization's administrator if you have any concerns or questions.
