Configuring the Mobile Analyst Portal
The Mobile Analyst portal is a responsive user interface suitable for Service Desk Analyst or similar user roles. You can configure and setup the Mobile Analyst portal based on your business needs.
Enabling the Mobile Analyst portal access for a role
The out-of-the-box user role aligned to the Mobile Analyst portal is the Mobile Analyst . However, you can enable any role to use it.
1.Log in to Neurons for ITSM as an Administrator.
2.Open the Configuration console > Roles and Permissions > select a role.
3.Select the Modern Analyst UI option.
The configured role now has access to the Mobile Analyst portal.
