Microsoft Teams Blob Storage Configuration

This Business Object allows you to enable persistence storage which helps you preserve the conversation in case of a system crash.

To configure,

1.Log in to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM as an administrator.

2.Open the Business Object Microsoft Teams Blob Storage Configuration.

3.Select the Enable Azure Storage option.

4.Enter appropriate information in the fields and Save.
