Product Catalog
A list of Facilities Assets can be added to a Product Catalog which can be used in Facilities Requests.
To create a Product Catalog
1.From the workspace menu, click More and select Product Catalog.
2.Click New > New Facilities Item.
3.Enter information into the fields:
•Item Details tab: Enter the items details in the fields.
•Facilities Assets tab: Link the assets to the product catalog by clicking Link.
4.Click Save.
Product Catalog Tabs
•Item Details: The product catalog details such as description, price, expiry date are detailed.
•Facilities Assets: The assets are linked and unlinked to the product catalog.
•Stock Levels: The list of assets in stock.
•Active Orders: Purchase Orders are that are in Active status.
•Approved Vendors: The list of approved vendors.
•Journal: Notes and email are displayed.
•Attachments: Files and web references are displayed.
