Timesheet Management
The Payroll Manager is responsible for Timesheet Management, hence the related workspaces - Timesheet Cost Center, Timesheet Details, Timesheet Logs, and Timesheet Project are available only for Payroll Manager. These provide timesheet related details for processing payroll.
Timesheet Cost Center
From this workspace, the Payroll Manager can create cost centers for the organization. Cost centers help measure the consumption or expenses incurred by different business units or departments which are recognized by a cost center.

1.From the workspace menu, select Timesheet Cost Center.
A list of existing cost centers is displayed.
2.Select one to edit or view its details.
3.Click New to create one.
4.Enter the Name, Code, and Owner for the cost center.
5.Select Link or Unlink button to tag or un-tag projects to the cost center.
6.Click Save.
Timesheet Details
From this workspace, the Payroll Manager can view timesheet details at project level.

1.From the workspace menu, select Timesheet Details.
Timesheet records by project are displayed.
2.Open one to view the details.
Timesheet Logs
From this workspace, the Payroll Manager can view timesheet logs of employees.

1.From the workspace menu, select Timesheet Logs.
Timesheet records of employees are displayed.
2.Open one to view the details.
Timesheet Project
From this workspace, the Payroll Manager can create timesheet projects for the organization. Timesheet projects are useful to track and measure the expenses incurred for the project.

1.From the workspace menu, select Timesheet Project.
A list of existing projects is displayed.
2.select one to view and/or edit.
3.Click New to create one.
4.Enter the Name, Code, Start Date and End Date of the project, and other information.
5.Click Save.
