About Service Owners
Service owners create new services and make them available for creating request offerings (or request items that are available in the Service Catalog). After configuring the request offering, service owners define service level packages for these offerings.
By default, if you log in as the service owner, you are directed to the Self-Service Portal (if you do not belong to other roles).
The default workspaces for service owners are:
