External Task

Security Operations team can create an assign tasks to external teams, that is, to teams other than the Security. These tasks can also be created from the Security Incidents and Security Requests workspace.

Working with External Tasks

1.From the workspace menu, click More and select External Tasks.

2.A list of all tasks assigned to external teams is displayed.

3.Double-click one to view its details.

4.Click New External Task to create one.

5.Enter information into the field:

•Summary, Details, Service, and Vendor.

6.Click Save.
