Importing large packages

If you're importing packages larger than 30 MB, use this workspace. Here, the packages are automatically split and imported to avoid timeout error.

This feature is in Beta phase in 2022.1 release.

To import a package

1.Log in to Neurons for ITSM as an Administrator.

2.Open the Configuration console > Build > Development Package > Large Packages (Beta).

3.Click the Import Package button.

4.Browse the package to be imported and click Ok.

If the package import takes longer than 30 minutes, it is possible for the import to fail. In such a case, reach out to the Ivanti Operations team to help you with the import.
