Working with Favorite

Using the Favorite option you can easily access your most frequently accessed Knowledge Articles, Service Catalogs, and Service Requests by adding them to Favorite.

If the Favorite option is not available for you, then it has not been enabled by your Administrator. Reach out to your Administrator to get it enabled.

Adding and Removing from Favorite

To add a record to Favorite

1.Log in to Self Service Mobile portal.

2.Open the Knowledge/Service Catalog/Service Request workspace.

3.Open a record or from the list view itself click the Add to Favorite icon for any of the record that you wish to add to Favorite.

To remove a record from Favorite

4.Open the Knowledge/Service Catalog/Service Request workspace.

5.Open a record or from the list view itself click the Remove from Favorite icon for any of record that you wish to remove from Favorite.

The Favorite option is also available in the Search workspace. You can add or remove records as Favorite from the Search workspace as well.

When you click the Add to Favorite icon , the icon toggles to Remove from Favorite icon .
