Facilities Knowledge Base
Knowledge articles pertaining to Facility Management can be created and published in the Self Service portal.
To create a knowledge article
1.From the workspace menu, click More and select Facilities Knowledge Base.
2.Click New and select the type.
3.Enter information into the fields:
•Title and Description.
•Collection, Category, and Subcategory: Help to categorize the Knowledge article.
•Published Date: You can decide to publish on a set date.
• Expiration Date: You can set an expiration for the knowledge article.
4.To add a note, click Add under Journal in the Details tab.
5.To add a task, click Add New Task from the Task tab.
6.Click Save.
