Neurons for Facilities Emergency Plans

In Ivanti Neurons for Facilities you can create and apply an emergency plan for a building.

Create an Emergency (preparedness) Plan that documents the procedures, personnel, and equipment that is relevant to a specific emergency.

More than one emergency plan can be created and applied for a building. You may want to create separate plans depending on the nature of the emergency. For example, separate emergency plans to cover a fire, a flood, a power outage, or any other event that is considered an emergency.

Detailed documents and files can be attached to the emergency plan. Information, such as screen shots or images, can be pasted.

An emergency plan can be saved as draft and further edits made until the Status is made Active. If it becomes necessary to make further edits, the emergency plan Status can be changed to Review, then edited and saved.

Existing emergency plans are listed in the Emergency Plan workspace. You can open an existing plan by double-clicking it in the list.

An emergency plan that is no longer required can be deprecated.

Emergency Plan Approval Criteria

The criteria for approval / denial of emergency plans is configured to your requirements by Ivanti Professional Services Organization (PSO) when the Neurons for Facilities application is installed. Contact Ivanti PSO if you need to change the criteria.
