Approving a Demand

Important: The following features are available as Ivanti Neurons for PPM, part of the Neurons for ITSM Enterprise paid enhancement package.

Stakeholders identified in the Evaluate phase must approve a Demand so it can move forward. If the budget for a Demand is more than $1 million, it must also be approved by an executive approval group (see Configuring Ivanti Neurons for PPM ).

Stakeholders are alerted via email of a pending approval.

When all required stakeholders approve the Demand, the status automatically moves to Assessing. During the Assessing Phase, a Project or Portfolio Manager reviews the Demand for inclusion in a Portfolio.
