About Common Quick Actions

Common Quick Action blocks provide the user with simple actions considered common within the Quick Action workspace.

List of Common Quick Actions

• Export Data Quick Action

  Classic Action Designer: Export Data Action

• Export to Microsoft Excel Quick Action

  Classic Action Designer: Export to Microsoft Excel Action

• Find and Replace Quick Action

When you open the Graphical Action Designer from a business object, a New Actions list is displayed containing action templates relevant to that context. See Using the Graphical Action Designer (GAD) for more information.

To select and configure common actions:

1. Select the New Actions list, and then select Common Actions.

2.Select the action you require, and drag it into the Design Board of the Graphical Action Designer.
When the Action Block is selected in the Design Board, its parameter fields and options are displayed in the Settings pane.

3.Configure the action block parameters.
