HR Requests
The Service Requests placed by Neurons for ITSM users and by the HR team that are related to Human Resource department are logged as HR Requests.
Creating an HR Request
1.From the workspace menu, click HR Request.
2.Click New.
3.Enter details in the fields:
•Customer - the customer's name for whom the request is placed.
•Team - the team assigned to the request.
•Owner - the HR team member assigned to the request.
4.Set the Urgency based on the priority.
Working with the HR Request
An HR Request may need several tasks to be completed and may undergo many approvals before it is fulfilled.

When HR Requests are created by non-HR users, the owner is not assigned, it is normally assigned by the HR Manager. But when a request is raised internally (from the HR Request workspace by the HR team), the Owner field is mandatory to log the request.
1.Open an HR Request.
2.Assign an owner in the Owner field and click Save.

2.Click the New Task button.
3.Enter the Summary, Team and other details in the New Task window.
4.Click Save.
To perform other actions such as re-assigning a task or canceling a task, go to the Task workspace.

1.Open an HR Request.
2.Click the Approval tab.
The approval records for the request are automatically created based on the request template and the approval statuses are also updated automatically.

1.Open an HR Request.
2.From the HR Cases tab, click the Link button.
3.Select the HR Case to link and click Ok.
4.To unlink an HR Case, select the case to unlink and click the Unlink button.
