HR Requests

The Service Requests placed by Neurons for ITSM users and by the HR team that are related to Human Resource department are logged as HR Requests.

Creating an HR Request

1.From the workspace menu, click HR Request.

2.Click New.

3.Enter details in the fields:

Customer - the customer's name for whom the request is placed.

Team - the team assigned to the request.

Owner - the HR team member assigned to the request.

4.Set the Urgency based on the priority.

Working with the HR Request

An HR Request may need several tasks to be completed and may undergo many approvals before it is fulfilled.
