Configuring Your Profile Settings and Password

Your personal settings help you customize your UI experience. You can update your profile settings such as your password and profile.

Prerequisite

To change your password, enable Change Password for the Self Service role in the Configuration console. Only then will the user be able to see the Password option.

To enable the change password option:

1.Log in to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM as Administrator.

2.From the Configuration console, click Users and Permissions> Roles and Permissions. Select Self Service role.

3.Under Branding Options, select Change Password Button checkbox.

4.Click Save.

To change your profile settings and password:

1.Log in to Neurons for ITSM as a Self Service user and click Profile Settings. The Settings page appears.

2.Click General Settings to modify the following details:

•Upload and change the Profile Picture

•Change the language

•Change the Role

The Name field is non-editable.

3.Click Save Changes

4.Click Passsword to change your password. Enter the following details:

•Old Password

•New Password

•Confirm Password

5.Click Update Password.
