Enabling Chat with Support Team
You can enable chat for Self Service role users in the Configuration console, allowing access to the chat icon. Additionally, set the Global Constants in the Configuration console.
To enable the chat with support option:
1.Log in to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM as Administrator.
2.From the Configuration console, click Users and Permissions > Roles and Permissions. Select Self Service.
3.From Role Details tab, under Branding Options, click Chat with support checkbox.
4.Set the value for the below Global Constants:
•ChatEnabled (Value = True)
The chat option is enabled.
