Announcements
The Announcements workspace allows you to view all the latest announcements and messages for alerts such as downtime notices, service for maintenance or upgrades, potential virus threats, and other bulletin type messages that an organization needs to communicate to its employees. All user roles can view announcements. Only user with specific roles and permission can create Announcements.

1.Log in to Neurons for ITSM.
2.From the workspaces menu, click Announcements. A list of announcements are displayed.
3.Click an announcement to view the information such as the urgency, createddimetime, description, and region.
To search for a specific announcement, enter a keyword in the Search for Announcement field (upper-right corner of the page) and press the ENTER key. The matching results will display.

1. Log in to Neurons for ITSM.
2.From the workspaces menu, click Announcements.
3. Click Filter &Sort drop-down list. The Filter by and Sort by options appear in the drop-down list. You can use the Sort by option to view the announcements in ascending or descending order, and based on Subject, Urgency, Created Date Time, Description, and Region.
4.Select the filter option, and click Apply. The announcements based on your search criteria appears.

The Favorite feature is available only if your administrator has enabled it
1. Log in to Neurons for ITSM.
2.From the workspaces menu, click Announcements.
3.Click All in the drop-down list, and select the favorites announcement created only to view specific announcements from a list of views.

2.From the workspaces menu, click Announcements. A list of all announcements are displayed.
3.Click the Tile View icon to view the records in tile view. The tile view shows records as tiles (or bricks) instead of as rows. Tiles optimize space and readability of data.
4.Click List Records View icon to view the records as a list. The list records view shows records as rows.
