Working with Trusted Agents

Trusted Agents offer secure cross-network access between Ivanti Neurons for ITSM servers and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directories in your private network. An enabled Trusted Agent connects to Neurons for ITSM servers using firewall friendly protocols. The Neurons for ITSM servers then call the Trusted Agent to perform operations on their behalf.
