Create or Edit a Compliance Action
Create or edit a corrective or preventative Compliance action.
To create or edit a Compliance action, you must log in to Neurons for ITSM as a GRC Manager.
To create a Compliance Action:
1.Open the Compliance workspace.
2.Click New GRC Compliance to open a blank Compliance form.
3.Enter the information into the fields as required.
Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
4.Click Save.
5.In the Details tab, enter the information into the field as required.
6.Use the Activity, Standards, Assets, Tasks, Participants, Controls, and Risk Assessments tabs to link or add supporting records to the Compliance.
Use the Activity, Tasks and Controls tabs to create new associated records for each type.
7.Click Save.
When the Status field of a Compliance action is set to Accepted, the owner of the Compliance action is automatically sent a notification email.
Click Refresh If changes you made or relevant tabs are not shown in the record after you have saved it.
Edit a GRC Compliance
To edit a GRC Compliance:
1.Double-click a Compliance action to open the details
2.Edit the information as required.
3.Click Save.
